Shipping of international orders by Royal Mail resumes to all destinations
Latest update from Royal Mail 26 January 2023
Royal Mail have indicated that we can resume international tracked and signed shipments to all our destinations from 26 January.
We would like to thank customers who have had their order dispatch delayed by the cyber incident at Royal Mail.

Eyewear Accessories will be closed on 19 and 20 January so we will be unable to reply to any calls or emails on those days.
We will dispatch orders received up to 12:00 pm on Wednesday 18 January and orders received after that will be dispatched on Monday 23 January.

What to do if the product you want is out of stock
Where possible, we use our blog to inform you of when we are expecting a new delivery of stock that may affect your order.
Currently we are awaiting a new stock delivery of 7eye AirShield and Ziena Eyewear on Tuesday 17 January.
It is very likely that the item you want to order will be restocked on 17 January but quantities of each frame and lens combination are small - typically 1 or 2 items.
