When you can order from us
You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
When we will dispatch your order
We dispatch orders on Monday to Friday and aim to process and send orders received by 12:00 pm the same day.
We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays, or office holidays (where advertised on our website).
These are the times during which we normally respond to phone messages, emails, and Facebook messages.
