Coronavirus: latest service updates

We are pleased to inform our customers that we are fully open for business, despite the Coronavirus outbreak.

How our business operates

Eyewear Accessories is an online business in Devon run exclusively by myself (John) and my wife (Alison).

Virtually all our business processes are online, and we work from a home-based office with all stages from enquiries through to dispatch being handled by either one of us directly, with no sub-contracting.

We have a daily Royal Mail collection of orders that are ready for delivery, which does not require contact with collection staff.

We maintain very high standards of hygiene when processing orders to ensure the protection of our customers and ourselves.

You can feel confident in placing orders with us that they will continue to be processed and dispatched promptly. We will also be operating our help line as normal. Visit our contact us page for help line opening hours.

Delivery of your order

Royal Mail are currently working hard to deliver our orders to customers throughout the UK. However, they say that there are likely to be some delays to deliveries in some areas due to Coronavirus-related pressures on the service.

Delivery to countries outside the UK is affected to a varying degree and has been suspended in certain countries. Click here for the latest status update for Royal Mail's international delivery services per country.

Free tracked returns for a limited period

Now is a good time to buy because we have just announced our FREE TRACKED RETURNS offer on all UK orders of all 7eye, Ziena, and Body Specs glasses and sunglasses. This offer applies only to the end of April, and depends on Royal Mail's service remaining fully operational.

Processing of refunds and exchanges

We will continue to process refunds and exchanges on the same day that the returned goods arrive.

Should you place an order with us and any circumstances arise that mean we cannot fulfil your order immediately, you can feel reassured that we will contact you directly and offer you the option of a full refund.
