Ziena Kai Smoke
Smoke is a new frame colour for the Ziena Kai, the popular model of moisture chamber spectacles with soft-feel silicone shield eye cup. Smoke is a slightly transparent grey that looks lighter than the Gloss Black or Dark Tortoiseshell.
Lenses that are designed for anyone who is very sensitive to the sun's glare
The version we have in stock now with Smoke frames has photochromic DarkShift lenses. These are ideal if your eye condition makes your eyes particularly sensitive to the sun.
DarkShift lenses have a very light grey tint indoors, changing outdoors on exposure to bright sun to a dark grey colour that is twice as dark as the standard photochromic lenses.
DarkShift lenses react rapidly so that as soon as you step out into the sun, they will start to go dark grey.
A wider range of lenses will be available at the start of September.

When wearing Ziena glasses, your field of peripheral vision is slightly reduced. When trying on the product, ensure that you assess whether it is suitable for your intended use.
We do not recommend wearing them for activities such as cycling or driving, where good peripheral vision is essential.
