Blephasteam is a medical device that can only be used by one person, due to reasons of hygeine.
Once you have purchased a Blephasteam, you can inspect it and return if you change your mind. However, once a Blephasteam has been used, we are unable to refund your purchase unless there is a fault with the product.
If you are returning a Blephasteam due to a fault
Blephasteam units are warrantied for defects for one year from the date of purchase. This does not include scratches on the lenses or other wear and tear.
If the Blephasteam we have supplied to you develops a fault, do not continue to use it. You will need to return the faulty device to us.
First email us a description of the fault and attach a photo that shows the fault clearly. On acceptance of the evidence we will email you a tracked postage return label for you to send the Blephasteam back to us.
When returning the faulty goods, please include a copy of your receipt and a clear description of the fault.
If you change your mind
If, having inspected the Blephasteam you change your mind and decide to return it, you must email us within 7 days stating your intention to do so.
How to return the Blephasteam to us
Once you have received our return authorisation to your email, you must return the Blephasteam to us within 7 days, as follows:
Package the Blephasteam carefully in the manufacturer’s box.
Enclose a copy of your email regarding the return together with a note of your name and delivery address.

If returning the Blephasteam due to a fault, we will pay your return postage. We will email you a tracked 48 return label at the same time as giving you return authorisation.
If returning the Blephasteam because you have changed your mind, you need to pay for the return. It is important that you use a postal service that provides you with compensation if the product is lost or damaged in the post.
Returns for all non-UK orders
If your order was sent to a non UK address, the same returns procedure described above applies. You will need to pay the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a tracked airmail delivery service that offers an appropriate level of compensation in case the item is lost or damaged in the post.
Customers based in countries outside the EU
If your order was delivered to a country outside the EU and you wish to return a product to us for refund, you must follow the same procedure described above.
It is also important that you mark the customs sticker:
- Goods returned under warranty - no commercial value
- You must also put the value of the goods as £0.00.
This means that no customs duties are charged when the goods arrive in the UK.
Please note that we will not accept any incoming package that requires customs duties to be paid.
Processing your refund
When we receive your returned Blephasteam we have to send it back to the manufacturer for deep cleaning and/or repair.
As soon as we receive notification from the manufacturer that we can issue your refund, we will do so. Normally this is within 7 days of us receiving your returned goods. You will receive a refund confirmation by email as soon as we issue your refund. Refunds can only be credited to the card or PayPal account that was used for the original purchase.
Refunds exclude international shipping and all premium rate priority postal services, such as Special Delivery.
Returning Blephasteam rings
We cannot accept for return any pack of Blephasteam rings that has been opened. They are supplied in a sealed container and once the seal has been broken the rings cannot be refunded.
