Exchanging a product that you have bought from us

We offer you the option of exchanging the glasses you have purchased from us within 7 days of receiving your order, if you find that you ordered a frame that is too big or too small for you.

We offer this discretionary service in addition to your consumer rights under the Distance Selling Regulations as part of our commitment to help you find the right product for your needs. Please note that it is subject to our returns policy and that it does not apply to orders of replacement eye cups.

Provided that you return the glasses you originally purchased within 7 days of receipt and that they are in perfect saleable condition, we will send an exchange at your request.

You will need to pay the cost of posting the glasses back to us unless the goods were faulty or unless we made an error in sending them to you (this applies to all orders, whether UK or international).

We recommend that you pay the small amount extra to use a recorded postal service so that you are covered in the event of loss or damage during mail delivery. We can only process your exchange request when we receive your returned order.

For orders delivered within the UK

If you ordered the glasses for delivery in the UK, we will pay for the cost of sending you the exchange to the same UK address by Royal Mail first class signed for.

If you keep the glasses sent to you in exchange, we will not pass the cost of this delivery onto you. If however, you return glasses again after an exchange, our cost for sending them to you will be deducted from the amount we refund to you.

For orders delivered outside the UK

If you ordered the glasses for delivery outside the UK, you may still request to exchange them within 7 days of receipt. However, you will need to pay the shipping costs, using tracked airmail services with insurance cover and proof of dispatch and delivery.
