When to wear blue blocker lenses

Ziena glasses with BlueByrd lenses are recommended for people who use an electronic device such as a computer, tablet or smartphone for at least 4 hours a day.

This would include people who work in an office environment and people who spend a lot of their time in online gaming.

Blue blocking lenses are not recommended for constant use throughout the day because we all need a certain amount of natural blue light exposure from the sun.

Read this article to find out why you may need blue light blocking lenses if you use a computer
