You can place orders online through our website at any time.
However, our office is closed temporarily from 4 to 7 December inclusive and this will affect when orders are dispatched:
- Orders received up to 1:00 pm on 3 December were dispatched the same day.
- Thereafter, orders will be dispatched as soon as possible from Tuesday 8 December onwards. Priority will be given to orders received first.
We recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to reserve the glasses you want and to secure prompt dispatch once the office reopens.
Replying to phone messages and emails
We will be unable to respond to customer phone calls and emails from 4 to 7 December inclusive. We will reply to them on Tuesday 8 December when our office re-opens.
Processing returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns received from 4 to 7 December inclusive will be processed on Tuesday 8 December.
When is the office re-opening?
We are open and back to normal service on Tuesday 8 December.
