Care and safety advice and intended use

  • It is up to the individual who purchases the glasses to assess their suitability for their intended use.
  • Do not drive or operate machinery wearing the glasses or goggles until you have tested them in a safe environment to ensure that you are satisfied that the peripheral vision is sufficient for your needs.
  • They are not intended to be safety glasses nor are they suitable for use in wet environments because the gaskets are not waterproof.
  • If in any doubt about the suitability of the glasses for a particular activity, check first with us.
  • We advise you not to purchase these products if you have an allergy to silicone or silicone rubber.
  • Do not put any sunscreen, face cream, makeup etc on the part of your face that the eyecup touches
  • Never attempt to look directly at the sun even when wearing the glasses/sunglasses.
  • Never wear the glasses with tinted lenses at night or where you may encounter low light conditions.
  • Never attempt to put on or take off the glasses except where it is safe to do so.
  • Ensure that lenses are correctly and securely fixed in the frame before use.
  • Check glasses regularly for any signs of wear. Replace lenses or frame parts if they are no longer safe to use.
  • If obtaining prescription lenses, we recommend buying shatterproof lenses if you intend to use the glasses for an activity where there is a risk of impact.
  • Ensure that lenses are correctly and securely fixed in the frame before use.
  • Ensure the lenses are clean before use so that your vision is not impaired.
  • You must follow our cleaning advice to maintain your glasses and to ensure they are safe and comfortable to use.
