Office closed on Friday 26 April for system maintenance
Dear customers,
This is an advance notice that we will be closed for one day only on Friday 26 April for system maintenance.
We will be unable to dispatch orders, process returns, or respond to enquiries by phone or email until Monday 29 April, after 1 pm.
Where possible we will dispatch orders that are received by 12:00 pm on Thursday 25 April and then our next dispatch day will be Monday 29 April.

Our office re-opens after Easter
The Eyewear Accessories team will be out of the office on 21 March, back in on 2 April.
You can order online from our website 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
Our last day for dispatching orders before Easter will be Wednesday 20 March.
Orders will not then be dispatched for the next 10 days until 2 April, and then they will be dispatched in the order that they were received.
Between 21 March and 1 April inclusive we will be unable to receive phone, text, or email enquiries, or process refunds and exchanges.
